On June 23, Godsmack brought their signature hard-hitting sound to Star Lake Pavilion in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, and they reminded everyone why they remain one of rock’s biggest bands. with great weather outside, the outdoor setting couldn’t have been any better for an incredible night of music.
From the second the guys took the stage Godsmack tore through a setlist packed with fan favorites and classic hits, keeping the crowd singing. Every song was met with thunderous applause, proving just how timeless their catalog has become.
One of the highlights of the night was Sully Erna. As I’ve experienced during the other times I’ve seen Godsmack live, Sully once again proved why he’s one of the most talented musicians in rock. Whether he was delivering powerful vocals, playing guitar, or showcasing his incredible musicianship, he commanded the stage with confidence and passion. His voice remains remarkably strong, sounding just as powerful as ever, and his connection with the audience made the performance even more memorable.
I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Godsmack perform a couple of times over the years, and they have never disappointed. Every concert has been filled with passion, professionalism, and an obvious love for performing. This show was no exception.
The entire band was locked in from beginning to end, delivering a tight, high-energy performance that showcased why Godsmack continues to be one hell of a band. Combined with the beautiful weather, the great venue, and an enthusiastic crowd, it was one of those concerts that reminds you why live music is such a special experience.
If you ever have the opportunity to see Godsmack live, don’t pass it up. They continue to prove that after all these years, they still know how to put on an outstanding rock show. June 23, 2026, at Star Lake was another unforgettable chapter in a long history of incredible performances.
